01. HOW DO WE BOOK YOU FOR THE WEDDING?
To book us, simply send a message through the contact form, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your date, package, and vision. A 30% deposit confirms your booking, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the shoot.
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! We offer destination wedding photography across Thailand, including Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Krabi. Travel fees apply based on location, and we can create a custom package for your destination shoot.
03. WHAT IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PHOTOS?
We stand behind our work 100%! If you’re not satisfied with your photos, we offer a free reshoot once, completely free of charge. Our priority is your happiness, and we’ll work with you to make sure you love your wedding photos.
04. Do you offer long-term support or warranty for products like albums and frames?
Absolutely! We provide lifetime warranty for all our albums and frames. If there’s any manufacturing defect, damage, or fading over time, we will repair or replace the product for you free of charge.
Plus, we keep a lifetime digital backup of all your photos, so you can reprint or make new albums anytime in the future.
